Master's and Semester projects
We always have a few Master's and Semester students in our group. If you are interested in learning about possible Master's or semester projects, just send us an . Please include a recent transcript or mystudies record with your application.
PhD and Postdoc positions
We welcome applications from all areas of science. Knowledge in the following areas will be especially valued:
- Hands-on experience with scanning probe microscopes and low-temperature measurements
- Pulsed NMR and EPR techniques and simulation of spin systems
- Single molecule and quantum optics
- Experience with high-frequency electronics, including radio-frequency and microwave circuit design
- Control and automation electronics, including lock-in techniques and LabView and FPGA programming
- Nanofabrication techniques including clean-room experience, metal deposition, characterization by SEM, FIB and AFM, as well as surface chemistry.
